Dana is a trainer who makes you happy to get up at six in the morning to exercise! Her workouts are filled with variety, always challenging, and they build strength and endurance across all the muscle groups. In about 30 sessions with Dana, no two workouts have been exactly the same.  She has an amazing ability to develop workout sequences that are intense on their own and also perfectly complement each other, so no single muscle group is ever overworked. Dana is motivating, positive, very knowledgable, and adept at tailoring routines to clients’ needs.

Through two sessions of Kettlebell Boot Camp, I have lost 10 pounds, shed inches and developed muscle definition. My core strength is greatly improved, as is my posture. In short, I feel that this program has significantly improved my fitness and helped me get a jumpstart on a healthier approach to life.
