Decker learning double bell bottoms up cleans Interval Stations Mary’s heavy 2 hand swing This morning during Tabata Tuesday, one of the movements was a “V-Up.” When we started Dana said, “Remember when we first started doing these?” Immediately I thought, “Yes, and I remember that I could barely do them.” Actually I think I said that out loud and maybe was speaking for some others, but even so, [...] The saying goes, “No Pain, No Gain.” Right? I like a little pain. Actually it’s a little soreness. It makes me feel like I’ve been working hard and I know for me, it means results. Today when I woke up, I was definitely sore. Yesterday was an awesome workout. I knew it was a good workout [...] Happy. That’s what Dana wrote on today’s workout. Well, since it’s Thursday, I think the happiness is that I don’t have to wake up at 6 a.m. tomorrow to workout but I’ll be awake by 6:30 anyway. I am now just used to getting up early to workout now. On Friday’s I am a little slower [...] Here is today’s 10 minute workout with a focus on Cardio endurance. [...] |
