Last Sunday marked our 5th consecutive week of stair climbing workouts. Our first 3 workouts were at Jackson Middle School and last 2, for more vertical feet gain, were in NW Portland hills, Summit Stairway, 157 stairs and 91 ft of vertical climb. Last Thursday, August 6th marked the end of week 5 for Kettlebell Boot Camp. It also marked the arrival of our ropes (major cardio drill!), and lots of new, heavier kettlebells for everyone!
