A killer Workout Ends Week 5 of Kettlebell Boot Camp

Last Thursday, August 6th marked the end of week 5 for Kettlebell Boot Camp.  It also marked the arrival of our ropes (major cardio drill!), and lots of new, heavier kettlebells for everyone!
