Kale Salad Recipe

Dana's Kale and Cabbage Salad

In a medium to large bowl add

1 bunch Lacinato Kale, Italian Kale or Tuscan Kale (known by all three names), chopped
1/2 – 3/4 cup red cabbage, chopped
1/4 cup olive oil
squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
garnish with a sprinkle of pumpkin seeds or sesame seeds over the salad
